On 12th June 2019 at the University of Parma, a conference on the 'New Italian Class Action and the Experience in the United States' took place.

Our Partner, Professor Simone Vernizzi, interviewed Professor Michael Vitiello, Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law (in Sacramento) California.

During the interview several topics were discussed such as the origins of the federal class action rule, the requirements necessary to establish a class action lawsuits and the evolution of the class action from its inception.
